Come along to our coffee morning in St Margaret's Hall, Main Road, Quadring. Usually on the first and third Thursday each month, although some months there are variations. Our last coffee morning will be on 2nd December. We then close until February 2022. We open from 10am to 11.30am. All welcome!!

The handbell ringing group meet in Gosberton Church Hall (behind the church) most Thursdays for practive and ringing. Don't worry if you've never held a handbell in your life! Training will be given. The History Society will meet tonight in Gosberton church Hall (behind the church) in Westhorpe Road. We meet every quarter and sometimes have open members evening where you can come and share findings or your own research, or ask the questions you’ve been dying to know the answer to! We cover prehistoric to 20th Century – we do all types of history! Entry is £1 and includes refreshments. Everyone welcome.
Tuesday 9th November 202119:30Gosberton WI
Gosberton WI meets on the second Tuesday of every month at the Public Hall Gosberton at 7.30 pm.  We normally have a short business meeting, an interesting speaker or demonstration and refreshments before heading home. We get involved with various issues, nationally and those of a local interest. The issue of single use plastics is always uppermost and following the recent national pandemic, we are concerned about mental health problems and loneliness. Coming up in future meetings: Florence Cottage: how they developed their jams and preserves business. There will also be a sales table and a members sales table. Gosberton Hand Bell Ringers: to be confirmed. Hairdressing talk and demonstration. Life as a Tudor Lady. Dates are to be confirmed, but there is a lot to look forward to in the coming months. Have you ever thought about joining a WI? Now that life is beginning to return to normal, it is the perfect time to come and meet new ladies in your area. Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Quadring Church Hall on the main road, at 7.30pm. We meet at 10.45 for this annual service of Remembrance at the War Memorial in Gosberton. Wreaths are laid, the names of the fallen are read and we have a minutes silence at 11am.

Gosberton Christmas Fair takes place today in Gosberton Church Hall (behind the church) There will be craft stalls, bric-a-brac, cakes & jam stall, tombola and lots of lovely things to buy for Christmas. Refreshments are served all day and include homemade soup with crusty bread, Christmas cake, mince pies, chocolate cake, coffee cake, and fresh cream scones and of course tea & coffee. Admission is free and we look forward to seeing you there!

Come along to our Curry Night to raise funds for the hall. Doors open at 6pm for 6.30 serving until 8.30pm.
